Cancelling Chargebacks

Chargebacks are against our Terms and Conditions, and while you have one active with us, or take one through to completion (ie the payment processor finishes their review of the situation, and decides which party keeps the payment), you will be permenantly banned from our store and game servers. Note that even if you don't cancel a chargeback, there's still a large chance that the payment processor rules in our favour, meaning you don't get any money back, and still remain banned.

 

If you created a Chargeback with your Bank (including Debit/Credit cards)

You will need to contact your Bank's customer support, requesting to cancel whatever chargeback you had placed. This is the only way to fix the issue. Once the customer support representative has confirmed that the chargeback has been removed, you should contact our support (https://grandtheftmc.net/support) so that we can lift the ban and sort any issues with the payment that you have. 

 

If you created a Chargeback with PayPal directly

You can call PayPal, and they will generally be able to remove the Chargeback. Alternatively, if you log into your PayPal account, and head to your open disputes panel, you can select the Chargeback you wish to remove, and cancel it there. After it's gone, you should contact our support (https://grandtheftmc.net/support) so that we can lift the ban and sort any issues with the payment that you have.
